1. What Hebbian is for

Hebbian is an interview preparation and mock viva practice tool for doctors applying to UK postgraduate training programmes. It helps you practise station-style answers and receive structured coaching.

Hebbian is not official recruitment guidance, does not predict recruitment outcomes, and is not clinical decision support.

2. Responsible use

• Do not use Hebbian during a live recruitment interview, selection process, or assessment.
• Do not enter patient-identifiable information or confidential employer information.
• Use feedback as educational coaching, not as a guarantee of how an interview panel will score you.
• Keep your account details secure and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Content and feedback

Stations, rubrics, transcripts, and feedback may be generated or assisted by AI, then refined as the product develops. We aim for credible, careful preparation material, but mistakes can occur.

You are responsible for checking feedback against your own judgement, current recruitment guidance, and appropriate professional standards.

4. Accounts, credits, and access

Some features may require an account, early-access invitation, subscription, or credits. Credits and usage logs help us control AI and transcription costs.

We may change, suspend, or retire beta features while we improve the service.

5. Your material

You retain responsibility for answers, recordings, transcripts, CV information, and other material you provide. You grant Hebbian permission to process that material so we can deliver the practice, transcription, feedback, storage, and support features you request.

Raw audio is designed to be deleted after transcription by default. CV uploads should be deleted after extraction unless you choose to retain them.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Hebbian moves from internal MVP toward beta. We will update the date on this page when material changes are made.
